CHURCH ONE CHURCH TWO CHURCH THREE CHURCH FOUR HOME

Church # 2
Arriving in Rio Grande do Sul in 1983 we immediately purchased a house on the main street of the circular city of Restinga, a city of 220,000 people but only two miles wide.

We spent 4 months building a church auditorium beside an existing four-room house. After one year of evangelism, a Brazilian pastor was called to continue the work.

This is the church where Thomas and Shane worked as summer missionary helpers. The present pastor is very kind and evangelistic. I still preach there once a month. The work is going well with several new families recently attending.



We have meetings with churches #2 and #4 every other month. This picture was taken of a meeting at the #2 church facility. Our church in Gravatai rented a bus to take our people to visit the church in Restinga.
