| The Garden City Rescue Mission is a Christian homeless shelter in downtown
Augusta, GA that was founded in 2001 by missionary Travis Sharpe and Victory
Baptist Church of North Augusta, SC. We are open 7 days a week to provide food, shelter, clothing and other
emergency services to the homeless. Each evening we have a gospel preaching
service where all of the guests that use our services have an opportunity to
hear the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Our main goal is to preach the gospel to the homeless population so that all
have a chance to be saved.
Our vision is to see the homeless and outcast of our society be transformed into
godly and productive members of society. |
